Each year, our on-the-ground partners respond to natural disasters and acute humanitarian crises in Southeast Asia, specifically a region prone to earthquakes, flooding, and, more recently, the arrival of refugees.

This region faces frequent natural disasters that displace communities and cause widespread suffering. In recent years, thousands of people, fleeing genocide and harsh conditions in refugee camps in neighboring countries, have landed in Southeast Asia after perilous months at sea. This pattern is expected to continue annually, as calmer seas from November to February allow for these dangerous journeys.

These funds will enable our on the ground team to complete rapid emergency response and compassionate humanitarian relief. In natural disasters, resources provide immediate aid while opening doors for deeper relationships in new communities, allowing us to build trust, serve, and share the good news of Jesus Christ. Among these people, support focuses on providing food to malnourished individuals, delivering clean water, and meeting other urgent practical needs. Though significant language barriers exist, these acts of love create meaningful opportunities to demonstrate and share the love of Jesus.
